  1. Overview:
  2.    This window is used to show all the fields on the check, cash payment
  3.       miscellaneous withdrawl, or deposit.  None of the fields may be
  4.       changed.  
  5.       
  6. Fields:
  7.    Check # - Check number, or "CASH" for a cash payment, "WITH" for
  8.       a withdrawl, or "DEP" for a deposit. 
  9.  
  10.    Date - Date printed on the check, or the date of payment, withdrawl, 
  11.       or deposit.
  12.  
  13.    Amount - Amount of the check, payment, withdrawl, or deposit.
  14.   
  15.    Name - Company or payee name.  
  16.      
  17.    Catagory - Catagory assigned to the check. 
  18.  
  19.    Description - Description of the check.
  20.  
  21.    Date entered - Date that the check was originally entered.  
  22.  
  23.    Check cleared - Checked if the check has cleared through the bank.
  24.       This option is set using the "Option - Clear Check" menu 
  25.       selection on the "Check Register" window.  
  26.  
  27.    Save for taxes - Checked if the payment is tax deductible.
  28.       If checked, the check will be highlighted on the "Check History
  29.       Report".

  31. Buttons:
  32.    OK - Return to the "Check Register" window.
  33.  
  34. Menu Bar:
  35.    File:
  36.       Exit - This option is disabled.  You must return to the 
  37.          previous window using the "OK" button.
  38.  
  39.       Print - This option prints the current window.
  40.  
  41.    Edit:
  42.       Correct Fields - This option allows you to change fields
  43.          on the check, cash payment, withdrawl or deposit, that
  44.          were entered incorrectly.  You would typically use this
  45.          option only for items you manually entered.
  46.  
  47.          Note that correcting the amount will also adjust the bank
  48.          balance, and any company or catagory totals that apply.
  49.  
  50.          Note that changing the name will also adjust any company 
  51.          totals that apply.
  52.  
  53.       Void Entry - This option completely reverses the check, cash 
  54.          payment, withdrawl or deposit.  The bank balance, company 
  55.          and catagory totals will each be adjusted.  The item will
  56.          then be voided, and the amount set to zero.

  58.    Windows:
  59.       Bank Accounts - This option is disabled, you must return to
  60.          the previous window using "OK".

  62.       Catagories - This option is disabled, you must return to 
  63.          the previous window using "OK".

  65.       Check Register - This option is disabled, you must return to
  66.          the previous window using "OK".
  67.  
  68.       Company Information - This option is disabled, you must return 
  69.          to the previous window using "OK".

  71.       Enter Bills - This option is disabled, you must return to
  72.          the previous window using "OK".
  73.  
  74.       Pay Bills - This option is disabled, you must return to
  75.          the previous window using "OK".

  78.       I'm Stuck - You found this option, it is what you are
  79.          currently reading.

  81.       Error Messages - Shows all fatal error messages and their
  82.          corrective actions.
